Increased cooperation and negotiation between large developing countries is becoming a force for economic globalization and global governance. China and South Africa continue to deepen their strategic partnership and strengthen communication and cooperation on political, economic and international issues. This relationship has already moved beyond these two counties to have more wide reaching impacts.
