Development of modern information technology and globalization means that national image is an increasingly important part of international relations. National image is usually defined from two analytical dimensions, modern material image and emotionally based moral image. Compared with material image, moral image emphasizes soft power implications. As a social construct, the discourse between national image and national power is mutually constructive, and has a potential impact on international relations that cannot be ignored.
